The river ran fast and wide. There were places to fish and places to wash dishes.
He caught enough for a few people to join him for breakfast -- but most of us ate bacon and eggs.
Look at those Marlboro pants! We used to send in our cigarette coupons to get Marlboro branded merchandise. I still have my beach towel.
We also grilled hundreds of hot dogs, hamburgers, and chickens on that thing.
Looked like Len was cooking up a bunch of hot dogs and hamburgers. He was always cooking up something.
Someone had to do the heavy lifting and this guy was perfect for the job.
There was always plenty of food -- we never went hungry.
Raymond was getting a bite to eat. We had meat and all the side dishes you could want.
We did more than just play horseshoes at Trout Camp. Some of us actually went fishing! Look at these two trout that Bill caught. I bet they were some good eating.
Tony, Marie, Eddie, and Jerry looked cold standing beside the river.

That was a very nice trout that he caught.
Raymond was visiting one of the camps on the river.
Maybe Jerry is pretending to be a crawdad.
This was one of the camps on the river. Someone was waving at me.
Tony's van was parked in the mud. The road was one long mud hole.
Blue jeans, a blue denim shirt, and a blue river made Rusty's red beard stand out.
It looked like horns, but was a fish. We all wanted one of these unique hats.
Sometimes it snowed on us while camping at Trout Camp. March and April weather was always unpredictable. One day was freezing and the next was like June. For more pictures of snow, visit the Snow Days page.
This road was usually a giant mud hole but it looked pretty good in this picture.
These are some friends that came to Trout Camp with Donald.
Camps lined the river bank for a mile or two. We partied late into the night -- and only a few fell into the water.
I was walking on the rocks and slipped on some moss. I recovered my balance just in time.
This is a beautiful trout caught in the North Georgia Mountains during Trout Camp.
This man stopped to show us a beautiful fish.
Here is a chart with different species of fish that live in North Georgia. I think this one is a rainbow.
I wish I knew the man's name. If you know this fellow, please email me.
