This Toga Party was at Terri's house on Town Creek Road.
I think the men went along with the idea of a toga party thinking the sheets would come off after a while. That did not happen -- our toga parties did NOT turn into Roman orgies!
We wore sheets, bedspreads, and blankets.
Before the party got going, we took a trip to Owltown Store for ice, cokes, and snacks.
Hambone, Joe, and I went into the store dressed in our sheets and bedspreads. People did not know what to think about us.
We laughed all the way back to Terri's house.
Terri had a pool table so we played that instead of horseshoes.
I took a picture of Blazer standing on the pool table but it disappeared sometime through the years.
I think she moved here from Florida. Anyway, Terri was a fun girl that liked to party.
Ronnie was dressed in a see-thru curtain but he wore briefs underneath. It was still a sexy toga.
This was the 1st Toga Party at Joe's house on Pleasant Grove Church Rd. It was New Year's Eve 1979.
Joe and Darrell used an old Army blanket and a quilt as togas.
I used a floral sheet for my toga. Pam was still in her normal clothes.
We had a ball at the Toga Party.
Did you ever see Animal House starring John Belushi? That was where we got the idea.
We were all pretty wasted by midnight.

He held his toga up with a belt making sure it stayed put.
Sharon always had long, blonde hair. She had a green sheet for a toga -- tied on tight with string.
The party was clean fun -- nobody had a toga malfunction, not even a slip.
Even Amy had a pint-sized toga.
